A great way for kids to get their greens! Our spinach, onion, bell pepper, and herb seasoning blend makes an irresistible cheesy dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp Spinach Dip Mix
  • 1 pkg (10 oz/284 g) frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
  • 12 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp dry breadcrumbs, optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, dip mix, and spinach and spoon into a heat-proof serving dish. Sprinkle with parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake for 15-20 min, or until bubbling. Serve hot.
