Hot Spinach & Artichoke Bites

Savoury bites perfect for any occasion. Better than store-bought, these can be prepared in advance and frozen. Simply freeze uncooked on a Sheet Pan; once frozen, place in freezer bags and bake when ready.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) frozen square puff pastry, defrosted
  • 14 - 12 cup Spinach & Artichoke Hot Dip or Herb & Garlic Dip, or hot dip of your choice, prepared, chilled
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) artichoke hearts
  • 1 pkg Spinach & Artichoke Hot Dip Mix
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 2 tbsp low-fat milk, optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  2. Roll puff pastry into a thin 10.5” square. Cut into triangles
  3. Spoon dip onto each triangle: 1⁄2 tsp for small, 1–2 tsp for large. Starting at the wide end, roll up each bite.
  4. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Brush with milk, if desired, and bake until golden brown, 14–16 minutes.
