Ingredients
4 large yams, scrubbed, unpeeled and cut into thin wedges
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sriracha seasoning
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
Toss yams in oil and sriracha seasoning and place in a single layer on a Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper. Coarsely grind Salt and Pepper overtop.
Bake for 20 minutes. Turn yam wedges over and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until potatoes are crisp and golden. Sprinkle with Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper and serve hot.
