Hot Crab & BLT Dip
Ingredients
1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) light cream cheese
1 can (5 oz/142 g) crab meat, drained
1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
3 tbsp BLT Dip Mix, or your favourite
2 tbsp dry breadcrumbs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Using a wooden spoon, combine first four ingredients. Spoon into a mini baker. Sprinkle dry breadcrumbs over top.
Bake 25 minutes. Turn on broiler and broil until top is golden brown.
