Hot Crab and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) artichokes
1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) light cream cheese
3 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix or Bruschetta Seasoning
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 can (5 oz/142 g) crab meat
2 tbsp dry breadcrumbs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Using a wooden spoon, combine first 5 ingredients. Spoon into an attractive heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle dry breadcrumbs over top.
Bake 25 minutes. Turn on broiler and broil until top is golden brown.
