Hot Crab and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) artichokes
  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) light cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix or Bruschetta Seasoning
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 can (5 oz/142 g) crab meat
  • 2 tbsp dry breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Using a wooden spoon, combine first 5 ingredients. Spoon into an attractive heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle dry breadcrumbs over top.
  3. Bake 25 minutes. Turn on broiler and broil until top is golden brown.
