Thank you, Debbie Pollard, for this recipe. Nothing says “Happy Holidays” like a batch of heartfelt, homemade chocolate fudge, right? The hot chocolate mix adds rich, dreamy, chocolate flavour—they’re truly bite-size bliss. Gift some to your loved ones, make a batch for bake sales, or serve to guests with Summer Berry Sweet Dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (300 ml/10 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup each semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Dark & Dreamy Hot Chocolate Mix
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • 34 cup mini marshmallows, divided

Preparation

  1. Line Square or Multipurpose Steamer with parchment paper.
  2. In medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir frequently until chocolate is melted. Stir in mix until dissolved and evenly combined.
  3. Remove pan from heat; add vanilla extract and 1⁄2 cup marshmallows. Scrape mixture into steamer. Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows; use back of spoon to press marshmallows into mixture.
  4. Loosely cover and refrigerate 2–4 hrs, or until completely set.
  5. Carefully remove from steamer by lifting parchment paper; cut fudge into 36 squares.
