Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken, hot
  • 1 recipe prepared Savory Herb Gravy, warm
  • 2 tbsp Savoury Herb Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 4 whole-wheat crusty buns

Preparation

  1. Place peas in a Rectangular Steamer. Microwave on high, with lid on, for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Top bottom halves of buns with chicken and drizzle with half the gravy. Place top bun halves on top and drizzle with the remaining gravy.
  3. Serve hot with peas on top.
