Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen peas

  • 2 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken, hot

  • 1 recipe prepared Savory Herb Gravy, warm

  • 2 tbsp Savoury Herb Gravy Mix

  • 1 cup cold water

  • 4 whole-wheat crusty buns

Instructions
  • Place peas in a Rectangular Steamer. Microwave on high, with lid on, for 2–3 minutes.

  • Top bottom halves of buns with chicken and drizzle with half the gravy. Place top bun halves on top and drizzle with the remaining gravy.

  • Serve hot with peas on top.
