Hot Buttered Rum Mixed Nuts
Ingredients
3 cups mixed unsalted nuts, such as whole almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, and pecans
1⁄4 cup hot buttered rum mix
Preparation
Melt hot buttered rum in a fry pan over medium heat.
Add mixed nuts to pan. Stir occasionally for 10 minutes until toasted and aromatic.
Cool and store mix in an airtight container at room temperature.
