Hot Buttered Pecan Baked Brie
Ingredients
1 wheel (4 oz/125 g) brie cheese or camembert cheese
1⁄4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
3 tbsp Hot Buttered Rum Mix
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Unwrap brie and place into mini baker.
Toast nuts in frying pan for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add Hot Buttered Rum and stir until bubbling.
Pour mixture overtop brie and bake for 10 minutes, or until brie starts to melt.
