A perfect dip or spread for bread and crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) artichokes, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Artichoke Dip Mix
  • 14 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 12 cups light mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Spoon into a heat-proof serving dish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbling.
