Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Guacamole Dip Mix
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 12 cup lime juice
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 4 - 6 cups Romaine lettuce, torn or cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp toasted pepitas (Mexican pumpkin seeds)

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, using a Piano Wire Whisk, whisk first 6 vinaigrette ingredients.
  2. Place lettuce and pepitas in a large serving bowl, and toss to coat with vinaigrette.
