A warming way to satisfy your hunger and your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups prepared Nourish Broth
  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • 2 cups milk, heated
  • 1 tbsp French Onion Dip Mix or CCB Dip Mix
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a Multipurpose Pot, bring Nourish Broth and potatoes to a boil over high heat. Reduce temperature and simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  2. Using a potato masher, break potatoes into smaller pieces. Soup should still be 'lumpy'.
  3. Stir in hot milk and dip mix.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Reheat until hot. To prevent curdling, do not boil.
