Homestyle Potato Soup

Ingredients
  • 4 cups prepared Nourish Broth

  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces

  • 2 cups milk, heated

  • 1 tbsp French Onion Dip Mix or CCB Dip Mix

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
  • In a Multipurpose Pot, bring Nourish Broth and potatoes to a boil over high heat. Reduce temperature and simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.

  • Using a potato masher, break potatoes into smaller pieces. Soup should still be 'lumpy'.

  • Stir in hot milk and dip mix.

  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Reheat until hot. To prevent curdling, do not boil.
