Ingredients

  • 1 acorn squash, cut into large chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
  • Sea Salt, optional
  • Black Pepper, optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  2. Combine all ingredients onto a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes, until squash is starting to brown on the outside while still soft on the inside.
