Ingredients
1 acorn squash, cut into large chunks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
Sea Salt, optional
Black Pepper, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
Combine all ingredients onto a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
Roast for 20 minutes, until squash is starting to brown on the outside while still soft on the inside.
