Holiday Brussels Sprouts & Apples

Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 tbsp Holiday Seasoning
1 red apple, thinly sliced
1⁄4 cup chopped walnuts
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Combine Brussels sprouts and seasoning in a Multipurpose Steamer.
Microwave on high, with lid on, for 6 min.
Remove lid and top with sliced apple. Cover and microwave for 2 more min.
Top with chopped walnuts and season to taste.
