Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 tbsp Holiday Seasoning
  • 1 red apple, thinly sliced
  • 14 cup chopped walnuts
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine Brussels sprouts and seasoning in a Multipurpose Steamer.
  2. Microwave on high, with lid on, for 6 min.
  3. Remove lid and top with sliced apple. Cover and microwave for 2 more min.
  4. Top with chopped walnuts and season to taste.
