Ingredients
  • 1 lb (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 1 tbsp Holiday Seasoning

  • 1 red apple, thinly sliced

  • 14 cup chopped walnuts

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
  • Combine Brussels sprouts and seasoning in a Multipurpose Steamer.

  • Microwave on high, with lid on, for 6 min.

  • Remove lid and top with sliced apple. Cover and microwave for 2 more min.

  • Top with chopped walnuts and season to taste.
