Herbed Garlic and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients
  • 4 cups cooked whole-wheat pasta, your choice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cups sliced mushrooms

  • 3 tbsp Caesar Dressing Mix

  • 1 cup white wine

  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth, prepared

  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix

  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions
  • Preheat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

  • Add oil and swirl to coat pan. Add mushrooms, cooking until golden brown.

  • Sprinkle Caesar Dressing Mix over all and stir. Add wine and Vegetable Bouillon. Simmer until sauce is slightly thickened.

  • Pour sauce over pasta. Toss to coat and serve.
