Herb & Garlic Veggie Cups

Looking for a fun and healthy snack for your kids? Look no further! Here’s a creative spin on veggie trays for any occasion, from a birthday party to a playdate. For a low-fat dip, prepare with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream (you won’t notice the difference!), and shake up the flavour by swapping in your favourite Dip Mix.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 12 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix or Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 English cucumber

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, and dip mix. Divide between six glasses or clear plastic cups.
  2. Peel carrot. Slice carrot, peppers, celery, and cucumber into sticks.
  3. Arrange the chopped veggies into the cups with one end dipped into dip.
