Herb & Garlic Veggie Cups

For a low-fat dip, prepare with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream (you won’t notice the difference!), and shake up the flavour by swapping in your favourite Dip Mix.

Ingredients
  • 12 cup mayonnaise

  • 12 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • 1 12 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix or Lemon Dilly Dip Mix

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 bell peppers

  • 2 celery stalks

  • 1 English cucumber

Instructions
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, and dip mix. Divide between six glasses or clear plastic cups.

  • Peel carrot. Slice carrot, peppers, celery, and cucumber into sticks.

  • Arrange the chopped veggies into the cups with one end dipped into dip.
