Herb & Garlic Apple Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 2 tsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 16 slices toasted baguette, or 16 crackers
  • 12 pkg (8 oz/250g) light cream cheese

Preparation

  1. In a frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add apple, and sprinkle with Herb & Garlic Dip Mix. Stir often until apple is soft, approximately 3–5 minutes.
  2. Spread baguette slices with cheese, and spoon apple mixture overtop.
