Ingredients
4 heirloom tomatoes, about 1 kg (2.2 lbs/35 oz)
1 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
1 tbsp olive oil
1 ball (9 oz/250 g) burrata cheese
1⁄4 cup prepared Pesto Sauce
2 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp pine nuts or pistachio nuts, optional
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1⁄4 cup olive oil
Instructions
Chop tomatoes into 1" pieces, reserving the juices.
In a large bowl, add tomatoes (including the juices), sauce mix, and olive oil; gently toss to combine.
Place burrata ball in the centre of a serving platter. Arrange salad around it. Drizzle with pesto.
