6 cups Nourish Broth, or broth of your choice, prepared
1 1⁄2 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
2 celery stalks, sliced
2 carrots, finely diced
1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
2 tsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
1 can (14 oz /398 ml) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1⁄2 cup whole-wheat pasta
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Preparation
Combine tomato sauce and prepared Bouillon in Multipurpose Pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce temperature to medium high.
Add next 4 ingredients and simmer for 30 min.
Stir in kidney beans and pasta. Cover and bring to a boil for 10 min, stirring twice, or until pasta is tender. Season to taste with Sea Salt & Pepper.
Sprinkle individual servings with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
