"Healthier You" French Toast
A delicious weekend breakfast – top with fresh fruit for an even healthier meal.
Preparation
Whisk egg and milk in a medium mixing bowl.
Add vanilla extract, orange zest and Cinnamon.
Heat a medium frying pan over medium heat.
Dip bread in egg mixture and cook two slices at a time in pan for 3–5 minutes on each side, or until golden-brown.
Top with maple syrup if desired, and serve.
