Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp diced low-sodium lean ham
  • 2 tbsp grated low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp 3 Onion Dip Mix

Preparation

  1. Whisk eggs and milk until frothy. Pour into a lightly oiled Omelet Maker.
  2. Top eggs with ham, cheese, and dip mix.
  3. Close lid and microwave on high for 2 - 3 min.
  4. Loosen omelet with a spatula, flip onto a plate, and serve.
