Ham and Swiss Frittata

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 12 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Whisk eggs.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Melt butter, add pepper, and 3 Onion Dip Mix. Sauté for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Evenly spread ham across bottom of pan. Pour eggs into pan and cook for 5 minutes. With Corner Spatula, gently lift cooking egg to allow egg to flow to edges and evenly cook.
  5. Once eggs start to set, sprinkle with Swiss cheese and place under broiler for 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pleasantly browned.
