A delicious side salad, or a perfect stand-alone meal for take-to-work lunches, picnics, or a quick, light, satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe prepared Greek Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 cups cooked bite-sized pasta
  • 12 cup diced cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup diced lean ham
  • 12 cup fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 cup sliced or diced celery

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Serve immediately or store, covered, in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
