Halibut Burgers with Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 4 (4oz/113g) halibut or salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for grilling
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
  • 4 crusty buns, split
  • 1 cup homemade or store-bought coleslaw
  • 14 cup Big Burger Sauce, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Big Burger Sauce Mix
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp relish

Preparation

  1. Using a basting brush, brush fish with oil, then sprinkle with Rosemary Garlic Seasoning, and rub in.
  2. Grill, with barbecue lid closed, over medium-high heat (or broil in oven) until cooked through, 4 minutes per side. Grill or broil buns during the last minute of cooking, if you wish.
  3. Meanwhile, place coleslaw in a bowl. Add Big Burger Sauce and toss to mix. Add water to thin, if needed.
  4. Place fish on bottom halves of buns, then divide coleslaw overtop. Cover with top buns, and serve.
