Classic chocolate chip, or rich cocoa? These sweet treats make the decision easy on you by serving up both your faves together. You could say these are the Hannah Montana® of cookies—the best of both worlds! You won’t want to miss the gorgeous marbling and harmonious flavours of these delish cookies. And, they’re guaranteed gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Smart Cookie Mix
  • 14 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 12 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 14 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 14 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
  2. Using a stand mixer (with paddle attachment) or hand mixer, beat mix with butter, egg, and vanilla extract on low speed until well combined.
  3. Transfer half of dough to another bowl; fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips to dough in existing bowl.
  4. In other bowl with remaining half of dough, using a spatula or stand mixer, stir in cocoa powder until combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  5. Using a spoon or your hands, scoop 1 tbsp of each dough, then roll them together to make a ball. Repeat with remaining batter; you should have 12 balls. Arrange on pan 1" apart and lightly press down on them to flatten slightly.
  6. Bake 12–15 min, or until lightly golden on the edges and set in the middle. Let cool on pan 5 min. Transfer cookies to Cooling Racks and cool completely.
