Don’t let the list of ingredients scare you off, the most difficult part of this recipe is cooking ground beef. This meal is fast, easy, and kids love it as a lunchbox meal. Make it fun and let them assemble the pizzas themselves. Simply wrap the pita in foil or plastic wrap and pack the beef, cut-up veggies, and yogurt sauce in separate containers.
In Wok, heat oil over medium-high. Crumble in beef. Add water, 1 tbsp dressing mix, and tomato paste. Cook 5–6 min, breaking up large chunks as needed.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt and remaining 1 tsp dressing mix.
Dice tomato and cucumber. Thinly slice onion.
Place pitas in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover; microwave on high 1–2 min until warm.
Spread about 2 tbsp yogurt over each pita; top with beef, vegetables, and feta, if desired.
