Grilled Stone Fruit

When it’s grilling season, caramelize the flavours of stone fruit for a wonderful grilled dessert. Fruit looks splendid with grill marks and is a winning combo when topped with Epicure sweet dip.

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp oil

  • 14 tsp Apple Pie Spice

  • 4 peaches or 8 small plums, cut in half, pit removed

  • 12 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix

Instructions
  • In a prep bowl, combine oil and spice. Use a basting brush to brush on cut side of fruit.

  • Place fruit, cut-side down, on grill over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes.

  • While fruit is grilling, make dip: in a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt and dip mix.

  • Place two halves of fruit on each serving plate. Top with 2 tbsp Greek yogurt dip.

Tips

When peaches are not in season, substitute peaches that are frozen or canned in juice and grill on a grill pan.
