Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Cuban Mojo Marinade Mix
  • 13 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp oil + more for brushing
  • 1 lb (450 g) pork tenderloin

Preparation

  1. In Round or Multipurpose Steamer, whisk together marinade mix, juice, and oil.
  2. Add pork to steamer; flip to coat. Cover; marinate at least 1 hour or overnight, up to 24 hr. Discard marinade.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly brush grill with oil to prevent sticking. Grill for 15 min, turning once, or until instant read thermometer reads 160° F.
