Grilled Lamb Chops with Pepper Jelly
Preparation
Brush lamb chops with oil. Sprinkle seasoning, Salt and Pepper on each side of chops and rub in.
Barbecue chops over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare. Using Grip & Grab, remove chops to a warm platter and cover to keep warm.
Heat Red Pepper Jelly in a microwave-safe bowl for 1-2 minutes, stirring half-way through, until warm and melted. Spoon over grilled chops.
