Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning or Louisiana Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Place wings in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with seasoning. Stir to evenly coat.
  3. Place wings on grill, leaving space in between for even cooking. Cook with lid closed 3–5 min per side, or until chicken is cooked through.
