Grilled Fisherman’s Wharf Prawns with Paris Bistro Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 lb (450 g) prawns, shelled and deveined
  • Fisherman’s Wharf Sea Salt Blend Grinder
  • 1 recipe prepared Paris Bistro Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Paris Bistro Finishing Sauce Mix, shake jar before use
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • lemon wedges for serving, optional

Preparation

  1. Using a basting brush, brush prawns with oil, then liberally grind with Fisherman’s Wharf and rub in.
  2. Lightly oil grill and cook with barbecue lid closed, over medium heat, until cooked through, 2 minutes per side. Serve hot with lemon wedges and a dollop of Sauce.
