2 tbsp Paris Bistro Finishing Sauce Mix, shake jar before use
1⁄4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
lemon wedges for serving, optional
Preparation
Using a basting brush, brush prawns with oil, then liberally grind with Fisherman’s Wharf and rub in.
Lightly oil grill and cook with barbecue lid closed, over medium heat, until cooked through, 2 minutes per side. Serve hot with lemon wedges and a dollop of Sauce.
