Ingredients

  • 4 cups seasonal greens
  • 1 recipe prepared Summer Layered Salad
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup diced English cucumber, skin on
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 14 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 recipe prepared Lime Grilled Chicken
  • 12 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix or Italian Seasoning
  • 14 cup oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

  1. Place 1 cup salad greens in each bowl.
  2. Top with Layered Summer Salad and chicken. Serve.
