1 tbsp Honey Mustard or Sweet & Spicy Organic Mustard
1 1⁄2 lbs (675 g) ground chicken or turkey
1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
Preparation
Using Piano Wire Whisk, whisk egg with water, then whisk in seasoning and mustard.
Crumble in chicken and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Mix to combine. Wet hands to prevent sticking and form mixture into 6 patties, or use a burger press.
Grill patties on the barbecue over medium-high heat with lid closed for 5 min. Flip and continue grilling for approximately 5 more min, or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 160° F.
