Grilled Chicken and Tzatziki Wraps
A Greek restaurant classic made easy at home!
Ingredients
12 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 pkg Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning
1 large tomato
1 large red onion
2 cups shredded lettuce
1⁄4 cup Greek Dressing
2 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix
3⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
8 whole-wheat pitas or tortillas
1 recipe prepared Dillicious Tzatziki, or Hummus
1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1⁄2 English cucumber
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Place tomato, onion and lettuce in a bowl and drizzle with Greek Dressing. Toss to mix. Set aside.
Season chicken with Souvlaki Seasoning and grill over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning often, until cooked through. Remove to a cutting board, then coarsely chop.
Spread pitas with tzatziki, then fill with chicken and marinated vegetables.
