Grilled Adobo Pork Chops

Spicy pan-seared pork makes a great next-day sandwich!

Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 tbsp adobo seasoning
  • 4 pork chops, trimmed
  • 12 cup Poco Picante Salsa, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp lime juice, optional
  • cilantro, optional

Preparation

  1. Generously rub adobo seasoning over pork. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a grill pan, grill pork over medium heat for approximately 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  3. Top with prepared Poco Picante Salsa.
