Grilled Adobo Pork Chops
Spicy pan-seared pork makes a great next-day sandwich!
Ingredients
2 - 3 tbsp adobo seasoning
4 pork chops, trimmed
1⁄2 cup Poco Picante Salsa, prepared
2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tsp lime juice, optional
cilantro, optional
Preparation
Generously rub adobo seasoning over pork. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
In a grill pan, grill pork over medium heat for approximately 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
Top with prepared Poco Picante Salsa.
