Ingredients
  • 12 cucumber

  • 1 cup chopped kale

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1 small banana, or 1/2 a large green apple, chopped and cored

  • 12 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend

Instructions
  • Peel and chop cucumber.

  • In a blender, combine cucumber, kale, spinach, banana, pineapple, water and protein blend. If you like it thicker; add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
