This fresh-tasting spicy sauce tastes great slathered on roasted vegetables, baked fish, and so much more.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Harissa seasoning
  • 12 tsp Sea Salt , optional
  • 12 tsp Black Pepper, optional

Preparation

  1. Purée ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Keeps in the refrigerator for 4–5 days.
