Ingredients
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup chopped spinach
1⁄4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Harissa seasoning
1⁄2 tsp Sea Salt , optional
1⁄2 tsp Black Pepper, optional
Preparation
Purée ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Keeps in the refrigerator for 4–5 days.
