Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) cooked green beans, chilled
  • 1 small onion, cut in half, then thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 12 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix or Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Place chilled green beans, onion, tomato and Feta cheese in serving bowl.
  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and mix gently. Serve at room temperature.
