Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Greek Dressing, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup cooked white beans, or protein of your choice
  • 1 tomato, cut into wedges
  • 12 English cucumber, cut into 3” long rounds
  • 12 small red onion, sliced
  • 12 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese, optional
  • Greek or black olives, optional
  • Savoury Granola, prepared, to taste
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 12 cups nuts, your choice
  • 14 cup flax, chia, or sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 large egg white, beaten, or 2 tbsp Tahini Sauce, optional
  • 14 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 - 3 tbsp Everything Bagel Whole Food Topper, Poke Bowl Topper Blend, or Garlic & Onion Nutritional Yeast Topper

Preparation

  1. Layer all items in order starting with the dressing, seal with the lid, grab a fork and napkin, and off you go!
