Greek-style Burgers

A Mediterranean twist on burgers - ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 12 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix or Bruschetta Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 14 lbs (560 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 14 cup dry breadcrumbs, or gluten free breadcrumbs
  • 14 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Whisk first 6 ingredients in a stainless steel mixing bowl.
  2. Add ground beef, breadcrumbs and feta, mixing gently to combine.
  3. With water moistened hands, form mixture into 4 — 3⁄4" patties.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat with lid closed for 4 minutes each side, or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 160° F (70° C).
