Greek olives, crumbled feta and ripe tomato make a colourful, flavourful bruschetta topping. An easy appetizer, ready in minutes.
Ingredients
12 slices French baguette
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tbsp diced Greek olives
1 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix or Bruschetta Seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp crumbled Feta cheese
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to broil. Lay bread slices on Sheet Pan with parchment paper and, using a spray pump, lightly spray with oil. Broil for 2 minutes each side, or until golden.
Combine all ingredients and spoon 1 tbsp onto baguette slices.
