Greek-style Bruschetta

Greek olives, crumbled feta and ripe tomato make a colourful, flavourful bruschetta topping. An easy appetizer, ready in minutes.

Ingredients
  • 12 slices French baguette

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp diced Greek olives

  • 1 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix or Bruschetta Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp crumbled Feta cheese

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to broil. Lay bread slices on Sheet Pan with parchment paper and, using a spray pump, lightly spray with oil. Broil for 2 minutes each side, or until golden.

  • Combine all ingredients and spoon 1 tbsp onto baguette slices.
