Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) pork tenderloin
  • 12 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing or Greek Dressing, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix or Souvlaki Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  2. Place tenderloin and 1⁄4 cup dressing in a resealable freezer bag. Turn several times to coat evenly.
  3. Discard marinade, and place pork in an oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with dip mix. Roast until cooked through, approximately 20–30 minutes. Brush with remaining dressing during last 2 minutes of cooking.
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
