Greek Omelet

Make healthy, fluffy omelets with less fuss.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp Greek Dressing Mix, Bruschetta Seasoning or Vegetable Seasoning
  • 14 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese

Preparation

  1. Use a basting brush to lightly oil an Omelet Maker. Whisk eggs and milk until frothy, then pour into omelet maker.
  2. Top with seasoning, spinach, and feta cheese.
  3. Close lid and microwave on high for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Loosen omelet with a spatula, slide onto a plate, and serve.
