Ingredients
4 slices white bread
1⁄2 cup milk, your choice
1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
1 egg
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1⁄4 cup crumbled Feta cheese
2 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix or Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
In a mixing bowl, soak bread in milk. Add remaining ingredients, combining well by hand.
Form into 16 meatballs. Place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
Bake for 20 minutes.
