Greek Layer Dip
A beautiful way to serve the best Mediterranean tastes.
Ingredients
2 1⁄2 cups Creamy Garlic Hummus, prepared
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas
3 tbsp Creamy Garlic Hummus Dip Mix
3 tbsp lemon juice, about 1 lemon
3 tbsp tahini, optional
3⁄4 cup Dillicious Tzatziki, prepared
1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1⁄2 English cucumber
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1⁄4 cup finely diced red pepper
1⁄3 cup finely diced cucumber
1⁄4 cup sliced Greek olives
1⁄3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
Spread Hummus in a 8”x 8” glass serving dish.
Top with Tzaziki and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients immediately before serving.
