Ingredients

  • 2 12 cups Creamy Garlic Hummus, prepared
  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp Creamy Garlic Hummus Dip Mix
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice, about 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp tahini, optional
  • 34 cup Dillicious Tzatziki, prepared
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 12 English cucumber
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 14 cup finely diced red pepper
  • 13 cup finely diced cucumber
  • 14 cup sliced Greek olives
  • 13 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Preparation

  1. Spread Hummus in a 8”x 8” glass serving dish.
  2. Top with Tzaziki and spread evenly.
  3. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients immediately before serving.
